May 25th, 2012: Final Friday is a monthly event in Over-the-Rhine that features some of Cincinnati’s greatest artistic talents.  At the last Final Friday, MRC teens were invited to perform at the Segway Store venue.  Thanks to our friend, Brian Kitzmiller, two of our bands had the opportunity to do their own twenty minute set opening for Jodi Stapleton & the Generals. The bands were very well received and appreciated by an enthusiastic crowd.

PLUS, MRC is excited to announce that we have been invited back as a regular feature at Final Friday! We are very pleased to be able to offer a continual outlet for our talented teens to perform—we hope we see you next time!

Our performers were Greek Myth, and Emma & Meg. The groups performed a selection of covers as well as original compositions.  We would like to congratulate these bands on their great show and thank them for representing MRC!

Another big thank you to those of you who came out to show your support for the teens!  We really appreciate your support for the musicians and our program.
