In-House Workshops
Our In-House Workshops effectively offer the same program as our Outreach, but are conducted on-site at MRC in our Teaching Studio. There are two aspects of this Workshop that may attractive to your school or program:
1) On-site, the class has access to our fully-equipped Teaching Studio, as well as the rest of our facilities’ space and equipment if needed.
2) Since our instructors and equipment don’t have to travel off-site, we are able to offer our In-House Workshops at a reduced rate compared to our Outreach Programming, which may make it more affordable for you.
The Facts
The program, limited to 12 students, takes on the same six-hour format as our Intro To Digital Recording Workshop. Students are taken through the basics of sample and loop-based music production, as well as vocal recording if they wish to record themselves onto their songs. Each student will walk away with a CD of the class’s completed music!
